Mr. Sallah has an extensive background in 3D architectural designing and engineering, inclusing CAD and performance of project management such as work programs, site analysis, reviews and preparations, closure/post-closure site verifications and inventory. Activities in these areas have provided Mr. Sallah with expertise in several of the proposal expertise areas, including but not limited to developing plans and representations, risk management (both structural and technical staffs).

Mr. Sallah is an accomplished researcher with the experience in several professional fields, including price control, inventory, equipment management and panel engineering. He was a senior manager of administration and information technology. His work at Affordable Housing includes the development of several computer softwares and database, web management and architectural designing. As part of his 3D panel experience, he has contributed to the development of comprehensive methodology of 3D engineering and construction. He has an extensive knowledge and understanding of inventory control on system based database, for the registries of all stock, equipment and materials in order. Mr Sallah's work at Affordable Housing has included evaluation of modelling methods and supporting high standards of building and technical staff management. He is a certified I.T technician, web administrator, 3D architect, engineer and administration.

Mr. Sallah has some years of professional experience, including performance and management of environmental work. As Director of Operations, Mr. Sallah has been responsible for the work assignment oversight, company liaison with clients, budget management and quantity survey, meeting monthly technical report requirements, quality control including review of final deliverables, management of subcontractor personnel, subcontractor contract management, subcontractor payment review/approval, review of weekly programs and material expenditures including invoices.
