The space of this plan covers a larger space than the unbuilt area. Its purpose of to further showcase the functions of this family storey. It has 2 living room on each floor, one bedroom at the ground floor, two independent room with a shared toilet at the first floor and the master suit.

The master bedrooma and the living area at the first floor only has the access to the front verandah. The hanging structure at the right elevation is the master bathroom, its design to increat more space for a bath area, covering up to 12m2, thus making it a super suit for the master bedroom.
