Mr. Van Boven, a Dutch National pioneered the great concepts and objectives of affordable housing in Africa. He is the current Managing Director of the company, and in that role is the company's business and Finance Manager and makes pioneered business plans and development. He is also a senior project engineer for the company's largest developing areas. Mr. Van Boven has a vast experience in engineering and a professional businessman in adition to being certfied as  a manager in various companies in Spain. He has been part of over a various companies and exercise for development plans in The Republic of Sierra Leone and has special expertise in structural engineering and framing. Prior to his construction work at Affordable Housing Investment Corporation, he is currently developing the tourism sector in Sierra Leone. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of construction and structural engineering.

Mr Van Boven also has a degree in Business Administration, and combines both technical and business aptitute in foreseeing the development of the company to involve in real estate and social programs. He plans to build low-cost houses for low / average income earners in Sierra Leone and make allocation for social amenities and programs.
